Profile: Finance Manager-Solar-Surat-6.6 LPA

Experience: 

Minimum 5 years

• At least 2 years in a managerial role
• Preferred experience in project finance / manufacturing / infrastructure / renewable energy

Salary Range: 50k to 55k

Roles: 

1. Financial Planning & Budgeting

• Prepare project budgets, forecasts, and cash flow projections
• Monitor expenses and ensure financial targets are met
• Allocate project costs accurately

2. Project Monitoring & Reporting

• Track project financial performance
• Prepare MIS reports, dashboards, and financial updates
• Highlight risks and financial concerns proactively

3. Risk Management

• Analyze financial risks and develop mitigation plans
• Control cost overruns and project delays

4. Financial Analysis & Forecasting

• Analyze project financial data for efficiency improvements
• Update forecasts based on project progress

5. Stakeholder & Vendor Coordination

• Coordinate with project teams and management
• Handle vendor financial agreements and compliance

6. Cash Flow & Funding Management

• Manage project cash flow requirements
• Support project financing activities and investor coordination

7. Compliance & Audits

• Ensure compliance with company and regulatory policies
• Support internal and external audits

Qualification: 

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field
• MBA Finance / CA / CMA - Preferred
