Profile: Business Consultant-EdTech-Surat-4.8 LPA

Experience:

• 2+ years in client servicing / consulting / relationship management / sales
• Freshers with strong aptitude may also be considered
• Experience in handling client reviews, documentation & stakeholder coordination

Salary Range: 30-40k

Roles:

• Conduct structured client review meetings as per SOPs
• Analyze client performance and prepare actionable insights
• Maintain review records, reports, and implementation trackers
• Identify client gaps and drive upselling/cross-selling opportunities
• Build strong client relationships for retention and referrals
• Coordinate with internal teams for execution and follow-ups
• Handle client queries, objections, and escalations professionally
• Contribute to revenue generation through consultative approach

Qualification:

• MBA / PGDM / BBA / Bachelor’s in Business, Marketing, or related field
• Strong communication & client handling skills
• Basic understanding of business processes and consulting approach
