Profile: Export Executive(Sales & Documentation)-Textile-Surat-3.6 LPA
Experience: 2-5 years
(Preferred: Textile export industry)
Salary Range: 25k to 30k
Roles:
1. Export Order Management
- Handle export orders from confirmation to dispatch
- Coordinate shipment schedules and timelines
2. Buyer & Client Coordination
- Communicate with international buyers regarding approvals, specifications, and updates
- Maintain strong customer relationships
3. Export Documentation
- Prepare invoices, packing lists, BL, certificates, and shipping documents
- Ensure documentation accuracy with zero discrepancies
4. Logistics & Shipment Coordination
- Coordinate with CHA, freight forwarders, and banks
- Track shipments and ensure timely delivery
5. Compliance & Operations
- Ensure export compliance and documentation standards
- Handle export-related operational issues
6. Business Development Support
- Assist in expanding export markets
- Support repeat business and customer satisfaction
Qualification:
- Graduate (Commerce / International Business / Export-Import preferred)
- Diploma/Certification in Export-Import - Good to have
