Profile: HR Generalist-Solar-Surat-3.6 LPA

Experience: 

• 2-4 years of experience in HR Generalist profile
• Experience in recruitment, employee engagement, attendance, payroll coordination, and HR operations
• Knowledge of KRA & KPI management systems
• Understanding of PF, ESIC, and statutory compliance will be an added advantage

Salary Range: 25k to 30k

Roles:

• Handle end-to-end recruitment and onboarding process
• Maintain employee records, attendance, leave, and HR documentation
• Coordinate employee engagement and performance management activities
• Assist in implementing KRA & KPI tracking systems
• Support payroll coordination and HR operational activities
• Ensure smooth communication between management and employees
• Handle joining, exit formalities, and employee grievance support
• Maintain HR policies and ensure discipline at workplace
• Coordinate with consultants/vendors for HR-related activities

Qualification:

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
• MBA/PGDM in HR preferred
