1. Order Tracking & Coordination
- Track orders from processing to delivery
- Ensure timely updates and smooth coordination
2. Logistics & Transportation Support
- Assist in transportation and dispatch coordination
- Coordinate with transporters and vendors
3. Reporting & Data Management
- Prepare reports using Advanced Excel
- Maintain operational records and MIS data
4. Administrative Support
- Handle documentation and coordination tasks
- Support internal teams in day-to-day operations
5. Communication & Follow-ups
- Coordinate with clients/vendors professionally
- Handle follow-ups through calls and emails
