Profile: Accounts Head-Textile-Surat-4.2 LPA
Experience: 4-6 years
(Preferred: Textile / Trading industry)
Salary Range: 30k to 35k
Roles:
1. Accounts Management
- Handle complete accounting operations of the firm
- Maintain books of accounts and financial records
2. Finalization & Reporting
- Prepare balance sheet, P&L, and MIS reports
- Ensure timely finalization of accounts
3. Taxation & Compliance
- Manage GST, TDS, and statutory compliance
- Coordinate with auditors and consultants
4. Reconciliation & Monitoring
- Perform bank and ledger reconciliations
- Monitor receivables, payables, and cash flow
5. Team Coordination
- Coordinate with internal departments for smooth accounting processes
- Supervise junior accounting staff if required
Qualification:
- B.Com / M.Com
- CA Inter - Preferred
