Profile: Operations Coordinator-Textile-Surat-3 LPA

Experience: 

• 1 to 3 years in back office / MIS / coordination roles
• Experience in textile or manufacturing industry is preferred
• Freshers with strong Excel skills can also be considered

Salary Range: 20k to 25k

Roles: 

• Maintain and update daily MIS reports in Excel
• Prepare and manage production sheets (daily work status, output, pending work)
• Coordinate with production team, sales team, and management
• Track and update order details, dispatch status, and timelines
• Ensure all data is accurate and updated regularly
• Handle data entry and documentation work
• Share regular reports with management for decision-making
• Coordinate with employees for task updates and follow-ups
• Maintain proper records of orders, inventory, and production status
• Support the team in smooth day-to-day office operations
• Identify errors in data and ensure corrections are made on time

Qualification: 

• Minimum Graduate (Any stream)
• Candidates with Commerce or Business background will be preferred
