Profile: Product Trainer-Accounting Software-Surat-5.4 LPA

Experience: 

• Preferred: 2-3 years
• Background in:
  • Product training / teaching / L&D
  • Accounting or fintech domain
• Freshers with strong accounting knowledge + training aptitude may be considered (depending on company standards)

Salary Range: 35k to 45k

Roles: 

• Conduct training sessions for new hires (Sales & Support teams)
• Develop structured training programs & modules
• Simplify and explain HisabKitab product features (GST billing, invoicing, reports, etc.)
• Evaluate trainees through:
  • Tests, assessments, and practical exercises
• Track and improve learning outcomes & performance
• Analyze competitor software and incorporate insights into training
• Continuously update training materials using AI tools
• Ensure teams are well-equipped to:
  • Sell the product
  • Support customers effectively
• Handle large group training sessions (50+ employees)

Qualification: 

• Graduate in:
  • Commerce (B.Com) / Accounting / Finance
• Additional preference:
  • MBA (Finance) or relevant certifications
  • Teaching or training certifications (bonus, not mandatory)
