Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our sales team in the Pharma-Derma segment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, managing key accounts, identifying new business opportunities, and representing the brand with integrity and professionalism.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive consistent sales growth and achieve assigned targets
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities while maintaining relationships with existing clients
  • Conduct regular market analysis and monitor competitor activities
  • Ensure proper implementation of sales strategies and company guidelines
  • Maintain and build strong relationships with key customers
  • Provide product knowledge and consultative solutions based on client needs
  • Collaborate with internal teams including marketing and product management


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Science, or related field (preferred)
  • 2–3 years of experience in a Product Specialist / Sales role, preferably in MNC Derma or Pediatric segments
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and organizational skills
  • Proactive, self-motivated, and capable of working independently
  • Proficient in MS Office and CRM tools
  • High ethical standards with strong compliance orientation
