Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our sales team in the Pharma-Derma segment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, managing key accounts, identifying new business opportunities, and representing the brand with integrity and professionalism.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive consistent sales growth and achieve assigned targets
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities while maintaining relationships with existing clients
- Conduct regular market analysis and monitor competitor activities
- Ensure proper implementation of sales strategies and company guidelines
- Maintain and build strong relationships with key customers
- Provide product knowledge and consultative solutions based on client needs
- Collaborate with internal teams including marketing and product management
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Science, or related field (preferred)
- 2–3 years of experience in a Product Specialist / Sales role, preferably in MNC Derma or Pediatric segments
- Strong communication, negotiation, and organizational skills
- Proactive, self-motivated, and capable of working independently
- Proficient in MS Office and CRM tools
- High ethical standards with strong compliance orientation
