Role

• Manage customer transactions for our retail bank, including processing loans, credit cards, insurance, and mortgage applications.
• Handle customer enquiries through contact centres and digital platforms.
• Oversee end-to-end Customer Life Insurance processes for the UK and Singapore regions.
• Ensure service standards are met to achieve operational excellence and company objectives.
• Process Underwriting requests with accuracy and make informed decisions based on standard guidelines and principles.

Accountability and Responsibilities

• Possess sound medical, technical, and underwriting knowledge to process health insurance applications.
• Demonstrate strong decision-making abilities by adhering to standard guidelines and principles.
• Drive team accuracy and achieve KPI goals, including productivity, TAT, pend%, and quality %.
• Act as a backup for the AM in performing monthly QC, handling queries, reporting to clients, preparing dashboards, and addressing daily priorities.
• Handle team queries, provide expert opinions, cascade process updates, and conduct refresher training.
• Collaborate with other TMs and support adjudication in complex cases.
• Create resilience within the team through cross-training when required.
