  • Develop and execute strategic plans to acquire and retain high-value clients in the Sky Channel-VRM - NR market.
  • Build and nurture long-lasting relationships with clients, understanding their financial goals and offering personalized solutions.
  • Stay updated with market trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes to provide timely and accurate advice to clients.
  • Cross-sell and up-sell Kotak Mahindra Bank's products and services to existing clients, maximizing revenue potential.
  • Conduct regular client meetings, presentations, and seminars to educate and engage clients on financial matters.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of services and timely resolution of client queries.
  • Monitor and analyze client portfolios, providing regular performance updates and making recommendations for improvement.
  • Maintain a high level of professionalism and ethical standards in all client interactions, upholding the bank's reputation.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and internal policies, maintaining accurate records and documentation.
