Educational Qualification

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Finance, Commerce, or MBA (Finance preferred)

Key Responsibilities

SAP SuccessFactors Delivery

  • Lead end-to-end SAP SuccessFactors implementations including:
    • Requirement gathering
    • Solution design
    • System configuration
    • Testing (Unit, SIT, UAT)
    • Deployment and post-go-live support
  • Drive solution design aligned with SAP best practices and client HR strategy
  • Ensure high-quality delivery across multiple projects or workstreams

Module Expertise (NonSFO / NonAFO)

Strong working knowledge in one or more of the following SAP SF modules:

  • Employee Central (EC)
  • EC Time Management / Global Benefits
  • Performance & Goals (PMGM)
  • Compensation & Variable Pay
  • Succession & Career Development Planning (CDP)
  • Recruiting Management (RCM)
  • Learning Management System (LMS)

(Onboarding / SFO and AFO are explicitly out of scope)


Stakeholder & Client Management

  • Partner with HR leadership and business stakeholders to translate business requirements into SAP SF solutions
  • Conduct design workshops, solution demos, and executive presentations
  • Manage scope, risks, timelines, and client expectations

Team & People Management

  • Lead, mentor, and review work of SF consultants and senior consultants
  • Manage onsite-offshore delivery models
  • Ensure adherence to project governance, documentation, and quality standards

Integration & System Knowledge

  • Lead integrations between:
    • SAP SuccessFactors and SAP S/4HANA / SAP HCM
    • Third-party systems using Integration Center / CPI
  • Strong expertise in:
    • Role-Based Permissions (RBP)
    • MDF objects
    • Business rules and workflows
    • Data migration and release management

Required Skills & Experience

Core Requirements

  • 8-10 years of SAP experience with 5+ years in SAP SuccessFactors
  • Minimum 2-3 full life-cycle SuccessFactors implementations
  • Strong expertise in Employee Central (mandatory)
  • Deep understanding of global HR processes, data privacy, and compliances
  • Experience in consulting or large enterprise HR transformation programs

Soft Skills

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and teams

Certifications (Preferred)

  • SAP Certified - SuccessFactors Employee Central
  • Additional SF certifications (PMGM, Compensation, RCM, LMS)
  • SAP Activate / Project Management certification is a plus

Nice to Have

  • Experience with global rollouts / multi-country EC implementations
  • Exposure to AMS / Production Support engagements
  • Prior Big 4 or consulting background
