Support Lead Responsibilities

  • Lead application production support activities across L1/L2/L3 teams.
  • Manage incidents, service requests, problem management, and escalations.
  • Ensure SLA/KPI adherence for incident resolution and response times.
  • Conduct Root Cause Analysis (RCA) for critical incidents and track preventive actions.
  • Coordinate with development, infrastructure, and business teams during production issues.
  • Drive operational excellence and service improvement initiatives.
  • Manage release support, deployment coordination, and hypercare activities.
  • Maintain support documentation, knowledge base, and operational runbooks.
  • Monitor support dashboards and ensure proactive issue identification.
