Support Lead Responsibilities
- Lead application production support activities across L1/L2/L3 teams.
- Manage incidents, service requests, problem management, and escalations.
- Ensure SLA/KPI adherence for incident resolution and response times.
- Conduct Root Cause Analysis (RCA) for critical incidents and track preventive actions.
- Coordinate with development, infrastructure, and business teams during production issues.
- Drive operational excellence and service improvement initiatives.
- Manage release support, deployment coordination, and hypercare activities.
- Maintain support documentation, knowledge base, and operational runbooks.
- Monitor support dashboards and ensure proactive issue identification.
