Senior Manager - HRIS Dayforce and Oracle

This role serves as the subject matter expert (SME) across HR systems, driving configuration, integrations, reporting, compliance, and strategic enhancements. The ideal candidate brings strong expertise in Core HR and Payroll processes and excels in complex, integrated HCM environments.

Bachelor Degree + MBA (desirable) in HR/Campus/BE/BTech 5 - 10 Years

Required:

  • 5+ years of progressive HRIS experience
  • 3+ years of hands-on Dayforce configuration experience
  • Experience supporting or administering Oracle Fusion HCM
  • Strong understanding of US & Canada HR, Payroll, Benefits, and workforce processes
  • Advanced reporting and data analysis capabilities
  • Experience managing HRIS integrations

HRIS Configuration & Optimization

  • Lead configuration, administration, and continuous improvement of Dayforce modules (Core HR, Workforce Management, and related areas)
  • Support and enhance Oracle Fusion HCM functionality
  • Translate business requirements into scalable system solutions
  • Identify and implement automation and process improvement opportunities

Integrations & Data Management

  • Oversee inbound and outbound integrations between Dayforce, Oracle Fusion HCM, benefits providers, finance systems, and third-party vendors
  • Ensure data integrity, governance, and security compliance
  • Partner with IT on SSO, security roles, and data governance.
  • Maintain accurate cross-system data synchronization

Project Leadership

  • Lead or support HRIS implementations, upgrades, and module rollouts
  • Serve as HRIS SME during acquisitions, system integrations, or organizational changes
  • Coordinate UAT cycles and support change management efforts
  • Create system documentation and deliver end-user training
