We are seeking a Closing Manager capable of transforming qualified leads into finalized transactions. The perfect candidate will possess in-depth knowledge of the real estate closing process, strong negotiation abilities, and a proven track record of increasing revenue by managing clients effectively.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the complete sales closing process for both residential and commercial properties
  • Convert clients who visit the site into confirmed bookings
  • Maintain consistent follow-ups with prospective clients and channel partners
  • Negotiate pricing and close deals to maximize revenue generation
  • Collaborate with sales, legal, and CRM teams to ensure seamless closures
  • Ensure all documentation and booking formalities are properly completed
  • Meet monthly targets for revenue and deal closures

Requirements

  • Minimum of 1 year experience in real estate sales and closing
  • Excellent negotiation and communication abilities
  • Preferred familiarity with the Mumbai real estate market, especially the Central Market area from Bhandup to Mulund
  • Target-driven and focused on achieving results
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure and handle deal closures independently
