We seek an experienced wealth management professional with extensive expertise in handling portfolios exceeding 100 Cr for UHNI/HNI clients and family offices. The ideal candidate possesses strong connections with top wealth platforms and has a demonstrated ability to enhance product adoption among sophisticated investor groups.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities

  • Establish and nurture strategic partnerships with wealth management firms, family offices, PMS/AIF platforms, and financial advisors.
  • Accelerate revenue growth by broadening the distribution of structured fixed income investment products through partner networks.
  • Forge new business relationships within the HNI/UHNI wealth sector and reinforce existing institutional partnerships.
  • Lead and guide a team focused on partner engagement, deal execution, and client service delivery.
  • Ensure smooth transaction processing, adherence to SLAs, and compliance with regulatory requirements throughout all partner interactions.

Qualifications

  • At least 5 years of experience in private wealth management, institutional sales, or financial product distribution.
  • Demonstrated success in meeting and surpassing revenue targets within the financial services industry.
  • MBA, CA, or B.Com degrees preferred, along with specialized certifications such as NISM V-A or Certified Wealth Manager (CWM).
  • Additional professional certifications (e.g., CFA, CA, FRM, CFP) are considered a plus.
