Job Description:
Develops, manages, implements and administers HR programs and guidelines for client group. Programs include employee relations, compensation, coordinating performance management and appraisal process, Affirmative Action/EEO, organizational development and career counseling. May include some training. Develops good business relationships with Managers and responds to their needs in a timely manner. Skills: 3 plus years work related experience required. Basic computer application skills desired. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field required.

• Manage day to day Hr queries related to policies, feedback,
• HR projects program management - communication design, scheduling, invitations, participation metrics, feedback consolidation, logistics.
• Strong in MS Excel – strong in data handling, HRIS systems, HR tools and PSFT/ SAP /Oracle
• HR programs PO management
• Manager payroll, compliance and data reporting on a need basis.
• Conduct New Employee Orientation
• Be the POC for all HR operations related matters in Business
