Al Literacy: Practical, consistent use of Al assistants for S2C tasks with judgment and quality control. Translate business goals into clear prompts, iterate quickly, validate outputs, and refine documents (tables, tracked changes, scans/PDFs). Candidates with S2C experience
welcome; those without Al background must demonstrate adaptability, curiosity, and structured thinking.
Skills: Strong numeric/text analysis with financial/commercial evaluation of supplier proposals; ability to translate data into actionable strategies.
Leadership & Collaboration: Manages own workstreams, mentors' peers/juniors in sourcing, Al literacy, procurement practices, and Category.
