Title: Marketing Analytics

Exp: 10-15 Years

Job Description:
• 10-14 years of experience in customer and marketing analytics leadership,
with exposure to international clients • Strong proficiency in SQL, with the ability to write complex queries
• Advanced Excel skills, including formulas, dashboards, and graph creation • Strong CRM marketing
knowledge with the ability to design reporting structures and interpret business requirements effectively
• Experience in Marketing ROI measurement across various channels • Functional experience across
CRM, analytics implementation, campaigns & media, and social media technologies
• Excellent problem
solving skills and keen attention to detail • Strong communication skills and proven ability to manage
client-facing responsibilities • Ability to connect data insights to strategic business decisions,
demonstrating strong business acumen • Proven experience leading large, globally distributed, and
virtual teams • Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional, fast-paced environment with multiple
stakeholders • Working knowledge of Braze or similar CRM engagement platforms • Intermediate level
skills in Power BI, SQL, R, and Python • Experience with data visualization tools (Power BI preferred)
Roles and Responsibilities: • Translate business requirements into analytical solutions, dashboards, and
performance reports • Create comprehensive Excel-based/Power BI/Looker reports, including advanced
formulas, dashboards, and visualizations • Leverage SQL to extract, manipulate, and analyze data to
support CRM and marketing initiatives • Utilize CRM and marketing platforms (preferably Braze) to support campaign execution and customer lifecycle programs • Measure and analyze marketing ROI
using industry-standard techniques and methodologies • Provide strategic insights and recommendations
based on data, connecting analytics to business decisions • Collaborate with cross-functional
teams—including delivery leads, account management, and operational excellence teams—across a
global network • Manage client-facing communication, ensuring clarity, accuracy, and alignment with
business objectives • Lead virtual teams and work with multiple stakeholders to ensure timely and high
quality delivery of analytics solutions • Support analytics implementation across CRM, campaigns, media,
and social platform
