We are seeking a Program Manager to drive sponsorships revenue growth through building scalable processes with agility. In this role, you will develop and optimize the foundational business systems and inputs that power Prime Video Advertising sales. This role sits at the intersection of content, sales, and brand strategy driving revenue via innovative integrations, co-branded campaigns, and advertiser solutions that enhance both viewer experience and brand impact.


Key job responsibilities
Own end-to-end stakeholder management and program coordination across content, sales, ad operations, to ensure seamless Go To Market of the film/series title as well as deal closures and execution.
Create an evaluation framework to identify titles to be taken to market for sponsorships
Maintain a real time view of title level PV programming inputs to drive precise forecasting of sellable impressions
Create scalable business processes and information systems to optimize inputs of content decks, sizzles, flyers, and emailers and ensure timely communication to the sales/GTM team
Design and operate data systems to track sponsorship performance in terms of revenue, CPMs, delivered impressions vs forecast
Capture market insights, sales and advertiser VOC, and implement global practices to improve input levers of the sponsorship program
Create comprehensive documentation including standard operating procedures, training materials and knowledge bases
