Terminal Incharge - Associate Manager
Bachelor's degree in Airport Management, Aviation, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.
8-12 years of experience in airport operations or terminal management.
Strong knowledge of airport regulatory requirements (DGCA / ICAO / IATA standards preferred).
Experience managing large teams and multiple stakeholders.
Manage day-to-day terminal operations including passenger processing, facilities, and services.
Ensure compliance with aviation regulations, safety standards, and security procedures.
Coordinate with airlines, ground handling agencies, security agencies, customs, immigration, and concessionaires.
Monitor terminal performance, passenger flow, and crowd management during peak and irregular operations.
Oversee maintenance, housekeeping, and infrastructure readiness of terminal buildings.
Implement emergency response plans and manage incidents, disruptions, and crisis situations.
Manage terminal budgets, operating costs, and resource allocation.
Ensure high standards of customer service and handle passenger complaints and feedback.
Supervise, train, and evaluate terminal operations staff and contractors.
Support implementation of new technologies, systems, and process improvements.
Safety and Security Responsibilities
Enforce safety management systems (SMS) and occupational health & safety standards.
Coordinate terminal security operations and audits.
Ensure preparedness for emergencies including fire, medical, security, and evacuation scenarios.
