Qualifications
Essential Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Brand Management, Business Administration, or similar fields. Desirable/Preferable
Preferred certifications: Digital Marketing (Google, Meta), Branding, or Content Strategy.
Additional advantage: Hospitality marketing certification or experience with luxury/service-sector brands.
Work Experience (Cumulative) Total Years (Band) 7-12 years of experience in marketing, branding, or communication roles, preferably in hospitality, real estate, luxury brands, travel, or service industries. A. Corporate Branding & Identity (AHD/RCC)
Define, develop, and maintain the corporate brand identity of Adani Hospitality Division.
Ensure consistent application of Adani Group brand & communication guidelines across all AHD outputs - documents, presentations, briefs, events, digital content, external communication, and internal messaging.
Develop branded templates, messaging architecture, and communication standards for AHD teams.
B. Internal Communication (AHD & Group Entities)
Drive all internal communication related to hospitality - updates, strategy notes, asset briefs, leadership messages, project milestones, and internal announcements.
Ensure communication across AHD, AOC teams (Realty, CSD, NMDPL), airports, and operators is aligned and consistent.
Support leadership communication for reviews, board decks, presentations, and internal reports.
C. External Communication (Corporate-Level)
Develop and manage & seek Group Communication Team's approval for external communication such as: o Press notes (where relevant and approved) o Investor/partner communication o Stakeholder briefing documents o corporate hospitality updates
Coordinate with Adani Group Corporate Communications to ensure all external messaging meets Group standards.
D. Media Monitoring & Intelligence
Track news, reports, and sector updates in o Hospitality o Tourism o Aviation-linked hospitality o Operator/brand landscape o Mixed-use and hotel investment environment
Prepare periodic intelligence notes and updates for leadership.
Flag reputational risks or narratives requiring proactive communication.
E. Portfolio Level Communication Support
Support AHD teams with clear, consistent communication for: o Brand evaluation exercises o Operator negotiations o Asset takeover notes o PIP communication o Cross-functional stakeholder updates
Provide messaging frameworks for complex or sensitive communications (asset transitions, brand changes, project delays, compliance issues, etc.).
F. Content & Document Creation
Draft, edit, and refine o Strategy documents o Chairman/Promoter review decks o Hospitality division presentations o Asset performance communication o Departmental updates
Ensure all content is professional, coherent, compliant, and brand aligned.
G. Coordination with Brand & Unit Marketing Teams
Liaise with operator brand teams only for ensuring correct representation of Adani Hospitality in: o Joint press releases o public statements o Co-branded materials o Launch announcements
Provide oversight to ensure Adani's brand, commitments, and positioning are accurately reflected (without driving hotel-level marketing strategy).
