At Ethos HR We're adding to the existing team and hiring Talent Acquisition Specialists for our Ahmedabad office.
Positions : Account Manager/ Team Leader/ Sr. Talent Acquisition Specialist/ Talent Acquisition Specialist
Experience: 6 months to 8 yrs. [on various levels]
Job Role :
Carrying out Human Resource Planning with functional Heads, Finalizing job profile, Scrutinizing & Communicating with Potential candidates & fixing Interviews, taking initial Interviews, Negotiating & finalizing Salary.
Coordinate with the clients and take the feedback till the final placement and also maintain a mutual relationship for future requirements.
Scrutinize the database for suitable candidates.
Interacting with candidates for the updated information to match the requirement.
Arrange the interviews of candidates with the clients
Handle walk-ins and interact with them regarding their career perspectives.
Interacting with the clients to assimilate the requirement and profile of the position.
Key Competencies:
Able to work in a very fast-paced, dynamic environment
Closing skills and the ability to build lasting relationships built on honest and integrity
Should be result and target-oriented.
MUST have good communication and presentation skills.
Excellent interpersonal skills. Ready to accept the challenge.
Highly energetic, aggressive, dynamic, and self-initiative candidate.
