Salary: Hike on current CTC
Reports to Team Lead/ Manager Company
Roles and Responsibilities-
- Sourcing the candidate from various sources like job Portals, Database, references etc.
• Submit qualified candidates to open job requirements
• Willing to work on tight deadlines.
• Perform pre-screening calls to analyses applicants’ abilities Job Qualifications-
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Strong desire to self-learn
• Comfortable with high-speed working under pressure
• Diploma or bachelor’s degree
• Ability to display deep sourcing skills and excellent candidate assessment skills.
• Should be self-motivated as well as a team player.
• The ability to think analytically so as to consider all applicants and recommend the right fit for the organization.
• Experience: 0.5 yrs to 2 yrs (International Recruitment)
