Automation Tester

Job Description – Automation Tester (3–5 Years Experience) – Immediate or early joiners preferred.

Location: Goregaon, Mumbai

Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Automation Tester with strong handson skills in UI and API automation. The candidate will be responsible for automating endtoend functional workflows for our Syndication Platform and ensuring highquality, stable releases.

Key Responsibilities

• Automate functional workflow testing for the Syndication Platform, covering endtoend business scenarios.
• Develop, maintain, and optimize UI automation frameworks using Playwright and other relevant automation tools.
• Build and execute API/Service automation scripts to validate backend functionality and integrations.
• Collaborate with product owners, developers, and business analysts to understand requirements and convert them into automated test cases.
• Perform regression testing, identify defects, and ensure quick turnaround for resolution.
• Ensure test automation best practices, scalability, and code quality across test suites.
• Participate in CI/CD integration of automation suites for continuous quality validation.

Required Skills & Experience

• 3–5 years of handson experience in test automation.
• Strong knowledge and practical experience with Playwright (JavaScript/TypeScript) for UI automation.
• Familiarity with other automation frameworks/tools (e.g., Selenium, Cypress, RESTassured, Postman, etc.).
• Good understanding of test design, automation strategy, and framework development concepts.
• Experience testing web applications, microservices, and REST APIs.
• Working knowledge of Git, CI/CD pipelines, and test reporting tools.
• Strong debugging, analytical, and problemsolving abilities.

Mandatory Requirement

• Physical presence in the Goregaon, Mumbai office is mandatory.
  This is an onsite role and cannot be performed remotely.

Nice to Have

• Exposure to Agile/Scrum practices.
• basic SQL, or performance testing tools.
