Roles & Responsibilities:
\n\n- Managing end to end bookings, service and operations
\n\n- Responsible for supply generation by onboarding and training new partners
\n\n- Accountable for ensuring a consistent pipeline and development of partners in the designated region
\n\n- Handling customer queries and complaints in a timely manner
\n\n- Call potential partners to explain business product and service offerings
\n\n- Coordinate with clients, vendors and supply team
\n\n- Collaborating with other departments to enhance the company's products and processes
\n\n- Define and analyze metrics and KPIs to efficiently track progress
