Job Title: Tech Architect – AI Business Process Automation

Experience Required: 10+ years (with at least 3–5 years in AI/Automation Architecture)

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and visionary Tech Architect – AI Business Process Automation to lead the design, development, and deployment of AI-driven automation solutions across all departments of our organization. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in AI/ML, business process reengineering, and enterprise systems integration, with the ability to architect scalable, secure, and efficient solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and own the end-to-end AI architecture strategy for business process automation across departments (e.g., HR, Finance, Sales, Operations, Supply Chain).
\n
• Identify automation opportunities by working closely with business leaders and process owners.
\n
• Architect scalable and modular AI/ML solutions including intelligent document processing, predictive analytics, chatbots, RPA, and NLP-based workflows.
\n
• Integrate AI solutions with existing enterprise systems (ERP, CRM, DMS, etc.).
\n
• Lead the evaluation and selection of appropriate AI/ML tools, platforms, and frameworks.
\n
• Ensure AI systems are secure, compliant, and aligned with data governance policies.
\n
• Collaborate with internal development teams, data engineers, and external vendors to deliver high-impact projects.
\n
• Define best practices and technology standards for AI automation across the organization.
\n
• Mentor technical teams and support capability building for AI and automation.
\n

Required Qualifications & Skills:

\n
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
\n
• Proven experience designing and implementing AI-based business automation solutions.
\n
• Strong understanding of AI/ML concepts, including supervised/unsupervised learning, NLP, and computer vision.
\n
• Hands-on experience with AI/ML platforms such as Azure AI, AWS SageMaker, Google Vertex AI, OpenAI, or similar.
\n
• Familiarity with RPA tools like UiPath, Power Automate, or Automation Anywhere.
\n
• Solid understanding of enterprise application architecture and system integration.
\n
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
\n
• Ability to translate business challenges into AI/automation solutions.
\n

Preferred Qualifications:

\n
• Certifications in AI/ML, RPA, or cloud architecture (e.g., Azure/AWS/GCP Architect).
\n
• Experience in process mining tools (e.g., Celonis, UiPath Process Mining).
\n
• Exposure to data governance and responsible AI practices.
