We are a growing digital marketing agency looking for a sharp, self-driven Lead Generation Specialist to own and drive our new client acquisition engine. You will be responsible for identifying, prospecting, and qualifying potential clients across industries and delivering a consistent pipeline of high-quality leads to the sales team.
\n\nKey Responsibilities\n\nProspecting & Outreach

- Research and build targeted prospect lists based on ICP (Ideal Client Profile) across industries \n
- Execute high-volume outbound outreach via cold email, LinkedIn, and calls \n
- Personalize outreach messaging based on prospect's business, pain points, and goals \n
- Follow up consistently and manage multi-touch outreach sequences \n
Pipeline Management

- Qualify inbound and outbound leads based on defined criteria (budget, need, timeline, authority) \n
- Book discovery calls and demos for the Business Development / Sales team \n
- Maintain and update CRM with accurate lead data, status, and activity logs \n
- Track and report weekly pipeline metrics — outreach sent, reply rates, meetings booked \n
Strategy & Optimization

- A/B test subject lines, messaging, and outreach sequences to improve conversion rates \n
- Identify new lead sources, directories, and channels to expand prospecting reach \n
- Work closely with marketing to align outbound messaging with ongoing campaigns \n
- Provide feedback on lead quality and market responses to refine ICP \n
Experience

- 3–4 years of hands-on lead generation experience, preferably in a digital marketing, SaaS, or agency environment\n \n
- Proven track record of consistently hitting lead or meeting targets \n
