annual compensation cycles, including:\n\no Merit increases\no Promotions and adjustments\no Variable pay and incentive programs\n\n• Partner with HRBPs and Finance to manage budgets, timelines, and\n\napprovals\n\n• Ensure accurate setup, execution, and closure in compensation systems\n\n• Support post-cycle review, reporting, and audits\nBenefits Strategy & Administration\n• Oversee benefits programs including:\no Health and welfare (medical, dental, vision)\no Retirement and savings plans\no Wellness and other employee benefit offerings\n• Ensure benefits programs are competitive, cost-effective, and compliant\n• Partner with vendors and brokers on renewals, performance, and\n\nescalations\n\n• Drive employee understanding and engagement with benefits programs\n\nCompliance, Pay Equity & Risk Management\n\n• Ensure compliance with U.S. and global regulations, including pay equity\n\nand benefits-related laws\n\n• Lead or support pay equity analyses and corrective actions\n• Support internal and external audits related to compensation and benefits\n• Monitor regulatory changes and assess business impact\n\nData, Systems & Reporting\n\n• Oversee compensation and benefits data accuracy across HRIS and\n\nplanning systems\n\n• Ensure alignment between HR, Payroll, and Finance systems\n• Drive reporting and analytics for leadership decision-making\n• Support audits by ensuring documentation and controls are in place\n\nStakeholder & Team Leadership\n\n• Act as a trusted advisor to HR Leadership, HRBPs, and business leaders\n• Provide guidance on compensation and benefits decisions\n• Lead, mentor, and develop compensation and benefits team members\n• Collaborate with Talent, HR Operations, Payroll, Finance, and Legal teams\nContinuous Improvement & Change Management\n• Identify opportunities to improve compensation and benefits processes\n• Support system enhancements, automation, and standardization\n• Drive change management for new programs, policies, or tools
