Employee Life Cycle (ELC)\n\nJob\nRequirements*\n\nWe are looking for an Employee Life Cycle (ELC) Associate to support\nday-to-day employee lifecycle operations for Global and U.S.\nemployee populations. This role is responsible for handling Tier-1 and\nTier-2 cases, maintaining employee data accuracy, supporting\nonboarding and offboarding activities, assisting with payroll and\nbenefits education, and ensuring timely and compliant service delivery.\nThe ELC Associate works closely with ELC Leads, HRBPs, Payroll,\nBenefits, HRIS, and COE teams to provide consistent, high-quality\nemployee support across the hire-to-retire lifecycle.\n\nKey\nResponsibilities\n*\n\nCase Management & First Line Support\n• Handle Tier 1 and Tier 2 employee queries through the case\nmanagement system\n• Respond to FAQs and non-technical process-related questions\nusing approved knowledge articles\n• Perform data entry–based resolutions where applicable\n• Update cases with accurate status, actions, next steps, and\nresolutions\n• Escalate unresolved or complex issues to Tier 3 or COE teams as\nper defined protocols\n\nEmployee & Manager Education (Benefits, Payroll, Policies)\n• Educate employees and managers on:\no Benefits, wellness programs, insurance, retirement\nplans, COBRA, and perks\no Payroll-related topics (pay statements, deductions, tax\nforms, AIP, vacation payout)\no Leave policies, holidays, time & attendance basics\n• Guide employees to the correct resources and documentation\n• Identify knowledge gaps and flag KB update needs to leads\n\nEmployee Data Management & HR Systems Support\n• Process employee data changes including:\no Personal details, addresses, dependents, bank\ninformation, tax data\n\n• Update records in Poornata, UKG, iCIMS, EdFlix, and related\nHR systems\n• Upload and maintain digital personnel files in Document\nManager\n• Support HR system access requests, password resets, and\nbasic troubleshooting\n\nOnboarding Support (New Hires)\n• Support onboarding activities such as:\n Verifying offer letters and required documentation\n Entering and validating new hire data in Poornata\n Sending pre-boarding and clearance communications\n• Coordinate notifications to Payroll, Benefits, IT, and HRBPs\n• Assist with orientation logistics and documentation uploads\n\nPre-Payroll & Payroll Interface Support\n• Support pre-payroll activities for hourly and salaried populations\n• Assist with payroll input validation and basic issue identification\n• Route payroll discrepancies or complex pay issues to\nappropriate teams\n• Support employee education on payroll timelines and processes\n\nTransfers, Promotions & Position Lifecycle Support\n\n• Assist with processing employee transfers and promotions\n• Support document uploads and effective-date validations\n• Follow up with managers on access reviews and required\nactions\n• Support position lifecycle data updates under guidance\n\nOffboarding (Termination) Support\n• Support offboarding transactions including:\n System updates in Poornata and ServiceNow\n Exit documentation and manager communications\n• Assist with final payroll input coordination\n• Ensure documentation is complete and stored correctly\n\nReporting & Documentation Support\n• Extract standard employee data reports as requested\n• Share reports securely with approved stakeholders\n• Support audit requests by providing data and documentation\n• Adhere to SOPs, SLAs, and data privacy requirements\n\nKnowledge Base & SOP Support\n• Follow approved SOPs and response templates\n• Support knowledge base updates by flagging outdated content\n• Participate in training and knowledge-sharing sessions
