GHP Group - Sales Executives / Sales Managers – Real Estate (Residential)

📍 Location: Powai, Mumbai


We are hiring highly driven and target-oriented sales professionals for a leading Real Estate Developer in Mumbai. This is a pure Individual Contributor (IC) role focused on high-value residential sales.


Key Responsibilities

  • Handle direct sales and channel partner (CP) sales as per role requirement
  • Conduct site visits, client meetings, negotiations, and closures
  • Manage premium residential inventory (₹2 Cr+ preferred)
  • Build strong relationships with channel partners and direct clients
  • Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets

Requirements

  • Minimum 2+ years of experience in Real Estate Sales
  • Experience with Developers or Mandate Firms only
  • Strong closing experience in residential sales
  • Comfortable handling direct and indirect sales channels
  • Proven record in high-ticket-size deals preferred
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and closing skills
  • Aggressive and incentive-driven mindset


Qualification

  • Graduate mandatory


Compensation

💰 CTC: ₹4 LPA – ₹6 LPA + Attractive Incentives
