We are seeking someone who thrives in a growing environment and providing clients with exceptional services.\n\nWhat it Means to Work for EisnerAmper:\nYou will get to be part of one of the largest and fastest growing accounting and advisory firms in the industry.\nYou will have the flexibility to manage your days in support of our commitment to work/life balance.\nYou will join a culture that has received multiple top “Places to Work” awards.\nWe believe that great work is accomplished when cultures, ideas and experiences come together to create new solutions.\nWe understand that embracing our differences is what unites us as a team and strengthens our foundation.\nShowing up authentically is how we, both as professionals and a Firm, find inspiration to do our best work.\nNumerous Employee Resource Groups (ERGs) to support our Diversity, Equity,& Inclusion (DE&I) efforts.\n\nWhat work you will be responsible for:\nParticipate in departmental or functional area risk assessments across a variety of industries.\nObtain an understating of and assist with documenting the internal control environment, including the IT environment, by performing walkthroughs of various processes.\nPerform testing of controls, including entity level controls, process/activity level controls, and general computing controls (e.g., information security, program development, program change, computer operations, business continuity planning), to confirm control objectives are being met.\nPrepare quality and timely workpapers supporting the results of control-related testing and analysis.\nAssist with the identification and communication of control issues, verbally and in writing.\nDemonstrate and apply multi-tasking skills, teamwork, and responsibility with engagement team members, and use current technology and tools to enhance the effectiveness of deliverables and services.\nIncreases and applies knowledge of internal controls and the internal control environment to future clients.\nAssist internal audit and risk management engagements within the Risk & Compliance Services Practice.\nMaintain client relationship and tailor the engagement to meet the client’s needs and\nexpectations.\nExposure to Internal Audit, Process Reviews, SOP, and other risk management engagements would be positive.\nDesign and assess process and controls and drive improvements.\nAbility to address queries on SOX and audit issues.\nUnderstand the COSO 2013 and experience in process documentation, developing RCMs, report writing, root cause analysis, remediation and should be able to provide mentorship to the other team members.\nCandidate should have strong understanding of the control framework (Business, IT Controls) and be able to work and demonstrate the knowledge of the same.\n\nBasic Qualifications:\nMust be a Chartered Accountant completed in 2026\nStrong Article ship experience in Audit, Accounting, Internal Audit, Control Domain\nAny experience in a consulting and / client support role is preferred\nExperience in service delivery, team handling, work with all levels of staff and supervision of team members.\nExcellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills in business and technical environments and within a diverse group of individuals\nTechnically proficient with the capability of performing at an intermediate or advanced level with the software tools including but not limited to the Microsoft Office Suite of products (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Adobe)\n\nPreferred/Desired Qualifications:\nAny additional qualification (CIA/CISA) would be preferred.\nAbility to work efficiently and with quality with adherence to multiple weekly deadlines\nAble to professionally and appropriately communicate with a diverse group of individuals.\nCommit to working with one large client for an extended duration.\nAble to work within a diverse team and demonstrate excellent interpersonal skills.\nExhibit a high degree of professionalism and maintain the highest level of confidentiality.\nDemonstrate critical thinking and analytical skills.\nPreferred experience of working in international client facing roles during or after articleship\nExperience in service delivery,team handling, work with all levels of staff and supervision of team members.\nGood understanding of technicalplatforms and risk management practices.\nPreferred experience of working in international clientsfacing roles on SOX and Internal Audit engagements.\n\nWe strongly believe in a supportive work environment where all our colleagues can succeed.
