Employee Life Cycle (ELC) Lead\n\nJob Requirements*\n\nWe are looking for an Employee Life Cycle (ELC) Lead to own and govern\nend-to-end employee lifecycle operations for Global and U.S. populations, from\nonboarding through employee support, payroll interfaces, position lifecycle,\n\ntransfers, reporting, and offboarding.\n\nThis role is responsible for process governance, Tier-1/Tier-2 case management\noversight, system accuracy, compliance, and stakeholder coordination, ensuring\na consistent, compliant, and high-quality employee experience across all lifecycle\n\nstages.\n\nKey\nResponsibilities*\n\nELC Governance & Case Management Oversight\n• Own governance of Case Management – First Line Support processes\n\nacross Tier 1 and Tier 2\n\n• Ensure accurate triaging, resolution, escalation, and documentation of\n\ncases\n\n• Enforce ticket hygiene standards (updates, work notes, public comments,\n\nSLAs)\n\n• Drive consistent application of knowledge articles and response templates\n• Escalate unresolved issues to Tier 3 or COE teams when required\nEmployee & Manager Education (Policies, Benefits, Payroll)\n• Oversee employee education related to:\n Benefits, wellness, insurance, retirement, COBRA, and perks\n\nprograms\n\n Payroll topics (pay statements, tax forms, AIP, deductions,\n\nallowances)\n\n Time & attendance, leave policies, and holidays\n• Ensure knowledge artifacts are accurate, current, and easily accessible\n• Partner with Benefits, Payroll, and COEs to address KB gaps\nOnboarding (New Hire) – Global & U.S.\n• Govern end-to-end onboarding processes including:\n Pre-clearance (background checks, drug screening, I-9)\n New hire data entry and validation in Poornata\n Document collection, uploads, and HR system setup\n• Coordinate relocation, mobility, IT, payroll, and benefits notifications\n• Ensure consistent onboarding communications, orientation, and manager\n\ntoolkits\n\n• Monitor onboarding SLAs and employee readiness for Day 1\nEmployee Data & HR Systems Management\n\n• Oversee employee data changes (personal data, dependents, bank info,\n\ntax data)\n\n• Ensure accurate updates across Poornata, UKG, iCIMS, EdFlix, OBIEE,\n\nUKG/Kronos\n\n• Govern HR system access, role management, troubleshooting, and audits\n\n• Partner with HRIS and IT to resolve systemic issues\nPre-Payroll & Payroll Interface Governance\n\n• Govern pre-payroll activities across U.S. locations (hourly and salaried)\n• Ensure accurate payroll inputs, timing, and handoffs to payroll teams\n• Oversee escalations related to pay discrepancies and payroll corrections\n• Partner closely with Payroll, Finance, and Accounting teams\nTransfers, Promotions & Position Lifecycle\n• Govern employee transfers, promotions, and\ninter-company/inter-business movements\n\n• Ensure accurate effective dating, payroll impacts, and access reviews\n\n• Oversee position lifecycle processes:\n Job evaluation and approvals\n Headcount requests and mass actions\n Position updates, deactivations, and compliance\nOffboarding (Termination) – Global & U.S.\n• Govern end-to-end offboarding processes:\n System updates, separation notices, final pay inputs\n Severance calculations and documentation\n Exit surveys and exit communications\n• Ensure compliance with state, local, and federal requirements\n• Coordinate with Payroll, HRBPs, Equifax, and Legal stakeholders\n\nReporting, Audits & Compliance\n\n• Govern ELC reporting standards (scope, approvals, data security, formats)\n• Support internal and external audits (EEO-1, payroll, benefits, data\n\nprivacy)\n\n• Track audit findings, corrective actions, and follow-ups\n• Monitor policy, legal, and regulatory changes impacting the employee\n\nlifecycle\n\nKnowledge Management & Continuous Improvement\n• Own Knowledge Base updates, approvals, and communications\n• Drive SOP creation, updates, and standardization\n• Identify automation and process improvement opportunities\n• Lead change management initiatives impacting lifecycle operations
