We are looking for a sharp, communicative, and detail-oriented Sales Support Specialist to join our Pune hub and help scale our Professional Services (PSO) division.\n\nThe Role\nAs a Sales Support Specialist, you will be the backbone of the sales cycle.

You will work closely with Account Managers and Technical Architects to transform complex technical scopes into professional, persuasive Statements of Work (SOWs) and proposals. Your goal is to ensure the \"Evonence Quality\" is reflected in every document we send to a client.\n\nKey Responsibilities\nSOW & Proposal Management: Draft, format, and refine Statements of Work (SOWs) and RFPs for Google Cloud professional services.\nStakeholder Coordination: Act as the primary liaison between the Technical Engineering team and the US-based Sales team to ensure project timelines and costs are accurately captured.\nDeal Desk Support: Manage the \"Google Partner\" paperwork—ensure deal registrations, funding requests (like Google’s Lattice program), and discount approvals are processed flawlessly.\nCRM Excellence: Maintain hygiene in our CRM (Salesforce/HubSpot), tracking deal stages and providing pipeline reports to leadership.\nClient-Facing Content: Create high-quality pitch decks and case studies that articulate the business value of our Google Cloud solutions.\n\nCandidate Requirements\nEducation: MBA is a must. We need someone who understands the business logic behind cloud investments.\nExperience: 1–2 years in a cloud-centric environment (AWS, Azure, or GCP).

You should know the difference between \"Compute Engine\" and \"BigQuery.\"\nCommunication: Exceptional written and verbal English. You will be drafting documents for C-suite executives in the US and Europe.\nAnalytical Skills: Ability to handle complex pricing spreadsheets and pro-rata calculations for cloud services.\nThe \"Hustle\": A proactive mindset. We move fast, and we need someone who can anticipate the needs of a busy Sales Director.
