Job Description
Purpose :To look into the overall development and improvement of a system for the Exports department, generating sales, marketing and establishing the brand name in International markets primarily GCC markets and other countries.\n\nExperience : 8-14 yrs in FMCG industry only and having exposure of International Sales and Business Development only.Exposure of GCC countries and African Markets would be great but exposure in other countries is also an added advantage.\n\nIndividual Contributor role\nResponsibilities\nManage P&L for the exports division, ensuring profitability goals are met.\nLead the development and execution of the export business strategy to drive market expansion and growth.\nIdentify and explore new business opportunities, markets, and channels to expand the export footprint.\nBuild and maintain strong relationships with distributors, and export partners.\nWork closely with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth product sourcing, shipping, and delivery to international markets.\nBuild the Organization Brand and Visibility in external markets and International Value Proposition for the Organization.\nDevelopment of International business for fruit beverage,packaged drinking water, and pre-forms in existing and new markets\nResponsible for introducing new product in export markets\nResponsible for Packaging development & Brand development in the International market\nParticipation in International exhibitions and market promotion schemes\nIn-depth knowledge of export regulations, documentation, and international trade processes.\n\n#FMCG #International Business #Exports
