This is a high-ownership role, working closely with our Founder, Sanchit Bansal, to drive company-wide strategy, growth initiatives, and critical cross-functional projects. The role requires a generalist mindset with responsibility for translating strategic vision into execution across product, growth, partnerships, and operations.

You will work closely with multiple teams to structure initiatives, enable execution, and support scale.\n\nThis is a great opportunity to gain end-to-end exposure across functions, contribute to building scalable operating models, and support go-to-market efforts for new products and business lines.\n\nRoles & Responsibilities:\nStrategic Planning & Execution: Solve problems through structured thinking, research, project planning, and on-ground execution. Own responsibilities across strategy, marketing, operations, and partnerships to unlock opportunities for Goodscore\nGTM for new product lines: Work with the founder to conceptualize and launch new product lines. Lead partnerships with relevant external companies, financial institutions, stakeholders, etc.\nConceptualize and execute high-impact special projects: Lead special projects across functions that are essential for business growth and innovation.

These could include designing the organizational structure, compensation plan, incentives, operating procedures, and protocols, etc.\nTargets Planning: Work with the founder to set business targets across departments and set up relevant processes to track progress against these.\n\nRequired Skills & Qualifications:\n1 to 4 years (post MBA) of experience working in top-tier consulting firms or fast-paced startups\nMBA/PGDM from a Tier-1 college\nStrong entrepreneurial mindset with a deep understanding of startup dynamics.\nExceptional communication skills with the ability to work with multiple stakeholders.\nStrong problem-solving skills with the ability to break down complex problems into manageable parts.
