Job Description:
Key Responsibilities
- Architect and implement Identity & Access Management (IAM) solutions for enterprise applications.
- Design secure authentication and authorization frameworks (SSO, MFA, OAuth, OpenID Connect, SAML).
- Lead integration of IAM solutions with cloud and on-premise systems.
- Define and enforce security policies, standards, and best practices.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to align IAM architecture with business and compliance requirements.
- Provide technical leadership and mentoring to engineering teams.
- Conduct risk assessments and ensure adherence to regulatory frameworks (GDPR, HIPAA, ISO, etc.).
Required Skills
- Strong expertise in Identity & Access Management (IAM) platforms (Okta, Ping Identity, ForgeRock, Azure AD, SailPoint, etc.).
- Hands-on experience with authentication protocols (OAuth2.0, OpenID Connect, SAML, Kerberos).
- Knowledge of Zero Trust security models and modern identity frameworks.
- Experience in cloud IAM (AWS IAM, Azure AD, GCP IAM).
- Strong background in Java/.NET or scripting languages for integration.
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevSecOps practices.
Preferred Qualifications
- Exposure to API security and microservices authentication.
- Experience with Privileged Access Management (PAM) solutions.
- Knowledge of directory services (Active Directory, LDAP).
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, and leadership skills.
- Ability to work in agile, fast-paced environments.
