End-to-end ownership of the IAM/CIAM IS project lifecycle, driving delivery of governed identity capabilities, technical integration (Entra ID, existing IAM tools), cross-functional process implementation, and stakeholder alignment. Responsible for ensuring the project meets core objectives: controlled/auditable access, automated JML workflows, least-privilege risk reduction, and scalable governance across workforce and customer identity domains, with full accountability for timeline, budget, scope, risk, and quality.
