Adobe Campaign

Essential Job Functions:

• Having knowledge of AJO & AEP, Adobe campaign set up and operational knowledge.
• Own and drive the execution of marketing email campaigns for the Adobe business, according to the strategy elaborated with the Life Cycle Marketing team.
• Support assigned campaign deliverables and success metrics of the marketing execution efforts with strong accountability on operational excellence in a fast-changing environment.
• Collaborate and build strong working relationships marketing partners and vendors involved
• Be flexible to think and support automations and innovations in Marketing Operations – Do More with Less
• Contribute to overall marketing reporting on metrics and tracking of goals or impact of the various marketing channels

Qualifications:

• A minimum of 5+ years of marketing experience in campaign implementations or marketing operations with consumer brands or agencies.
• A minimum of 2+ years’ experience in AJO, AEP solutions with strong working knowledge of building journeys, segments and out of the box reporting
• Attention to details in understanding campaign requirements and ensuring smooth build and deployment.
• Ability to manage complex projects with multiple teams and stakeholders.
• Result-oriented, with a ‘getting things done’ attitude, and the ability to think beyond regular call of duties to help team to up the value chain
• Open-minded, collaborative, strong ability to work in a multicultural context
• Flexible to work in 4.00 pm IST – 1.00 am IST shift
