Essential Job Functions:
- Receives, prioritizes, responds to, and resolves network incidents
- Manages support requests and ticket queues
- Expertly manages user / stakeholder expectations throughout support process
- Must have excellent communication skills and ability to communicate across technical skillsets and executive management
- Role requires 24x7x365 support so candidate must be able to support flexible hours / shifts
Daily Tasks
- Understands, applies, and maintains network standards as documented by Architecture and Engineering
- Investigate and diagnose incidents to restore failed network services within KPIs
- Troubleshoots issues at all layers.
- Work with field engineers and other providers to achieve maximum network uptime
- Escalate unresolved incidents to L3 / Frontline / service providers
- Process all service requests for new or modified services as they are required.
- Access and implement change requests as needed in accordance with change management process
- Identifies problem and risk areas and can advise management of actions
Qualifications:
- Exp: 5 to 9 Yrs
- Graduate
- Active CCNA mandatory
- Knowledge on cloud will be added advantage
- Knowledge on network appliances will be added advantage
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work under pressure related to scale of business impact
