Job Descriptions:
Must have experience as an Associate Director (2–3 years) or a Director (1+ year)
Managing teams of 25+ people, including Managers (the kind where people actually show up to your calls)
Someone who can balance client expectations, internal teams, and shifting priorities without dropping the ball
Experience managing large service accounts with high requisition volumes.
