Greetings from TCS!!\nTCS is hiring for Salesforce Industry Cloud Vlocity Platform\nExp: 6 to 12 years\nLocation: PAN INDIA\n\nSalesforce Velocity\n\nSalesforce Industry Cloud/ OmniStudio\nWe are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Salesforce Industry Cloud Architect with deep expertise in OmniStudio and a strong background in customer consulting. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of designing and delivering industry-specific solutions on the Salesforce platform, driving digital transformation, and enabling seamless customer experiences. This role requires a strategic thinker who can align business goals with technical solutions and deliver innovative, scalable, and high-impact solutions.\nIndustry-Specific Solution Design:\nArchitect and design industry-specific solutions using Salesforce Industry Clouds (e.g., Financial Services Cloud, Health Cloud, Manufacturing Cloud, etc.).\nLeverage OmniStudio to build flexible, scalable, and user-friendly solutions tailored to industry needs.\nEnsure solutions align with business objectives and deliver measurable value.\nOmni Studio Expertise:\nDesign and implement Omni Studio components (Flex Cards, Omni Scripts, Data Raptors, Integration Procedures) to enable dynamic and personalized customer experiences.\nOptimize Omni Studio solutions for performance, scalability, and maintainability.\nProvide technical leadership and guidance on Omni Studio best practices.\nCustomer Consulting & Collaboration:\nAct as a trusted advisor to clients, understanding their business challenges and recommending innovative solutions.\nCollaborate with stakeholders to define requirements, design solutions, and deliver outcomes that exceed expectations.\nConduct workshops, demos, and presentations to showcase the capabilities of Salesforce Industry Clouds and OmniStudio.\nIntegration & Innovation:\nDesign and implement seamless integrations between Salesforce Industry Clouds and other enterprise systems (e.g., ERP, CRM, legacy systems).\nStay updated on the latest Salesforce features, industry trends, and emerging technologies to drive innovation.\n5.
Experience:\no 12-20 years of overall IT experience, with a minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience with Salesforce.\no Proven experience in customer consulting and delivering industry-specific solutions on Salesforce.\no Strong expertise in Omni Studio, including Flex Cards, Omni Scripts, Data Raptors, and Integration Procedures.\no Experience with Salesforce Industry Clouds (e.g., Financial Services Cloud, Health Cloud, Manufacturing Cloud).\no Familiarity with Salesforce integration tools (e.g., MuleSoft, APIs) and data migration strategies.\n6. Certifica tions:\no Salesforce Industry Cloud Consultant Certification (preferred).\no Salesforce OmniStudio Consultant/Developer Certification (preferred).\no Additional Salesforce certifications (e.g., Application Architect, System Architect) are a plus
