JAMF/MAC Administrator\n\nJAMF/MAC Administrator\nLocation: Delhi\nExperience: 5 years to 10years\n\nInterview Mode: Online Interview\nInterview Date: 21st May 2025 (Thursday)\nInterview Time: 2:00 PM to 6:00 PM\n\nMandatory skills: JAMF/MAC\n\nMust Have:\n5+ years IT industry experience and 3-5 years of relevant experience from specified domain,\nExpertise in Mac OSX troubleshooting\nExpertise in management of iOS devices\nShould have working knowledge of JAMF and similar enterprise level tools\nGood communication Skills\nShould have flair of working on latest and greatest technologies and automate day-to-day tasks to reduce efforts.\nShould comply with security standards.\nOpen for rotating in 24x7 shifts for production environment support and going on call.\n\nGood to have:\nUnderstanding of Bash Scripting and Python\nGood analytical skills for Production support\nProfessional commitment to high quality, and a passion for learning new skills.\nDetail-oriented individual with good analytical skills.\nStrong problem solving skills, including providing simple solutions to complex situations.\nMust be a strong team player with the ability to communicate and collaborate effectively in a geographically disperse working environment\nGood Communication skills to handle major incident calls and releases\n\nRoles & Responsibilities:\n\nAct as the Subject Matter Expert on MacOS, iOS, and Apple technologies, recommending and implementing security policies as needed\nDevelop, maintain, and deploy corporate MAC OS images and software packages to Mac devices\nTesting and Deploying all software including Mac & iOS upgrades and new releases\nCreate and maintain scripts, packages, utilities, and configuration profiles\nProactively implement solutions to increase self-service and minimize business downtime\nWork in synergy with other support teams to keep the environment up and running.\nShould be open to work in 24x7 rotating shift model and go on-call on need basis.\nShould be able to help users with their day-to-day problems and project needs.\nShould be able to work under pressured and capable of managing major incident and complex change requests.\n\n15 years of Continuous Education.
