Are you passionate about numbers, accuracy, and client service? We’re looking for detail-oriented and driven Accounting professionals for our Restaurant Accounting Vertical to join our growing team at Analytix Business Solutions !
Key Responsibilities:
Vendor bill processing & vendor statement reconciliation
Bank & credit card reconciliations
Payroll processing & payroll reconciliations
Customer invoicing & Accounts Receivable (AR) management
Revenue reconciliation & month-end closing activities
Preparing accruals, prepayments, depreciation & adjustments
Maintaining document libraries and client reporting trackers
Reviewing bookkeeping work and ensuring accuracy
Sales tax calculation & filing
Financial statement preparation & review
Supporting management with MIS and reporting trackers
Handling client billing (including hourly engagements)
Ensuring data confidentiality as per ISO 27001 standards
What We’re Looking For:
Strong accounting fundamentals
Hands-on experience in end-to-end accounting processes
Attention to detail and accuracy
Good communication & team collaboration skills
Ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
