We combine strong academic expertise with AI-powered technology to create scalable and immersive learning experiences.\nWe are looking for a Senior Product Manager – Engagement to lead user retention, engagement, and lifecycle experiences across our platform.\nRole Mission\nYour mission is to transform studying into an engaging, AI-driven experience that students consistently return to.\nYou will own the complete student engagement journey — from onboarding to renewal — with a strong focus on improving retention, stickiness, and learning outcomes.\nWhat You’ll Own\nUser Engagement Strategy Across Cohorts\nDesign tailored engagement experiences for different learner groups:\nK-5: Gamified, parent-friendly experiences that build trust and make learning enjoyable.\nClasses 6-10: Interactive learning journeys that connect school learning with after-school engagement.\nClasses 11-12 (JEE/NEET): High-impact tools focused on speed, precision, and measurable outcomes.\nProduct Execution & Delivery\nWork closely with Engineering, Design, QA, and Content teams to build scalable engagement features.\nWrite detailed PRDs, user stories, acceptance criteria, and logic flows.\nDrive sprint planning, prioritization, and timely product releases.\nAI-Driven Product Innovation\nBuild intelligent engagement systems that predict drop-offs and trigger personalized nudges.\nIntegrate Generative AI and LLM-powered workflows to simplify and improve the learning experience.\nUser Journey & Funnel Optimization\nDefine and optimize the student lifecycle from onboarding to renewal.\nIdentify funnel drop-offs and run A/B experiments to improve engagement and conversion.\nData & Impact Analysis\nUse analytics to measure the impact of engagement initiatives on retention, renewals, learning outcomes, and business growth.\nBalance student engagement with healthy learning behavior to avoid burnout.\nTeam Leadership\nLead and mentor Product Managers and APMs.\nBuild a culture of experimentation, ownership, and data-driven decision-making.\nWhat We’re Looking For\nExperience\n7+ years in Product Management\nMinimum 2 years leading teams in high-scale B2C products\nExperience in EdTech, Gaming, or Consumer Tech preferred\nSkills\nStrong understanding of retention, gamification, behavioral design, and user psychology\nHands-on experience with AI-powered product experiences\nStrong analytical and cohort analysis capabilities\nAbility to collaborate across Engineering, Design, Marketing, and Content teams\nEducation\nB.Tech (CS/IT preferred) from Tier-1 institutes such as IIT, BITS, or NIT\nTraits\nHigh ownership mindset\nStrong problem-solving ability\nAdaptable in fast-paced environments\nDeep empathy for students and parents\nWork Model\nWork From Office (Hyderabad)\n5.5-day work week with alternate Saturdays working
