The Inside Sales Specialist will focus on lead generation, building and maintaining relationships with potential and existing customers, and ensuring customer satisfaction. This role includes developing proposals, negotiating pricing, understanding customer requirements, and providing exceptional customer service to support the growth of the business.\n\nQualifications\n\n- Experience in Inside Sales and proven ability to generate leads and close deals effectively.\n- Strong Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction skills, with a focus on resolving inquiries and maintaining positive relationships.\n- Exceptional Communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively interact with clients and teams.\n- Proficiency in basic sales CRM tools and the ability to manage customer data efficiently.\n- Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, or a relevant field is preferred.\n- Prior experience in the oil and gas industry or knowledge of drilling, completion, or production equipment is advantageous.\n- Proactive and self-motivated with a strong ability to manage time and achieve sales targets.
