Role: Inside Sales Manager(Individual Contributor)\nShift Timings : 10:30 AM - 7:30 PM\nCTC : Upto 6LPA + Incentives and other benefits\nLocation : Bangalore(Mahadevpura)\nWorking Days : 6Days(Sunday Fixed Off)\n\nResponsibilities:\n• Generate revenue and make a huge impact on Edureka’s growth, by developing/maintaining customer relationships and positioning Edureka’s products in the market\n• Inbound and Outbound customer calls and convert them into sales\n• Maintain, build and update calling/mailing databases\n• Research on different tools to increase the sales and business opportunities\n• Demonstrate initiatives for refinement & strengthening of existing product\n• Regular follow up with new and existing customers\n\nDesired Skills:\n• 1-5 years of experience in Inside sales/tele sales experience in a B2C environment with excellent communication skills, enthusiastic go-getter and willingness to meet targets\n• Consistent track record of achieving sales target (monthly/quarterly), preferably from Education industry background.\n• Experience in selling Software products/Services in past is preferred.\n• The successful candidate will have demonstrated perseverance, motivation, diligence with attention to detail
