Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Placement Manager to drive campus placements, Summer Internships, and Winter Internships for students across various programs at PIBM. The candidate should possess strong industry connections and a proven track record of successful placements across sectors such as BFSI, FMCG, and FMCD.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive end-to-end campus placement activities for final placements and internships.
• Build and maintain strong corporate relationships with companies across BFSI, FMCG, FMCD, and allied sectors.
• Identify and onboard new recruiters for campus hiring initiatives.
• Coordinate with HR teams and business leaders for placement drives, interviews, and internship opportunities.
• Plan and execute Summer Internship Programs (SIP) and Winter Internship Programs (WIP).
• Ensure achievement of placement targets in terms of quality profiles and compensation packages.
• Organize corporate connects, guest lectures, networking sessions, and industry engagement activities.
• Guide and prepare students for recruitment processes including aptitude, interviews, GDs, and corporate etiquette.
• Maintain placement records, recruiter database, and placement MIS reports.

Candidate Requirements

• Minimum 4–8 years of experience in campus placements, corporate relations, or recruitment.
• Strong network and corporate contacts in BFSI, FMCG, FMCD, and related industries.
• Proven placement track record in educational institutions or business schools.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
• Ability to work independently and achieve placement targets.
• MBA or equivalent qualification preferred.

Preferred Profile

• Candidates with prior experience in management institutes/business schools will be preferred.
• Strong understanding of current hiring trends and internship ecosystems.
• Energetic, target-driven, and industry-oriented professional.
