Job Description

We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Inside Sales Executive to join our sales team. The role involves engaging with potential clients, identifying their requirements, and offering suitable solutions to generate new business opportunities. The candidate will be responsible for lead qualification, client engagement, and coordinating with the field sales team to close deals.\n\nKey Responsibilities:\nHandle inbound and outbound sales calls, emails, and inquiries.\nIdentify and qualify new sales opportunities through cold calling, lead follow-up, and web research.\nUnderstand client requirements and recommend suitable facility management services.\nSchedule appointments and demos for the field sales team.\nMaintain and update the CRM system with lead and opportunity information.\nAchieve or exceed monthly/quarterly targets for qualified leads and revenue.\nCollaborate with the marketing team for campaign follow-ups and feedback.\nProvide regular reports and feedback to the sales manager.\n\nRequired Skills & Qualifications:\nBachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.\n3–7 years of experience in inside sales, telesales, or customer service (B2B preferred).\nExcellent verbal and written communication skills.\nStrong persuasion and negotiation skills.\nProficient in MS Office and CRM tools (e.g., Zoho, Salesforce).\nAbility to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.\n\nPreferred Attributes:\nExperience in facilities management, real estate services, or corporate sales.\nFamiliarity with sales performance metrics and reporting tools.\nCustomer-oriented mindset with a high level of integrity
