Greetings from TCS!\nTCS is Hiring for SAP Plant Maintenance (PM)\nJob Title: SAP Plant Maintenance (PM)\nExperience: 4-14 years\nLocation: Hyderabad & Kolkata\n\nJob Description\nWe are seeking an experienced SAP Plant Maintenance (PM) Senior Consultant to support and enhance our customers’ SAP landscape.\nThe role includes a combination of support and project work including configuration, enhancements, integration, and issue resolution.\nThe ideal candidate should have a deep understanding of plant maintenance processes, strong hands-on experience in SAP PM, and excellent client-facing communication skills.\nKey Responsibilities\n- Provide SAP PM module support to business users - incident resolution, service requests, and problems\n- Analyze business requirements and translate them into SAP PM solutions. - Configure SAP PM module for corrective, preventive, and predictive maintenance processes.\n- Design, implement, and test SAP PM enhancements, reports, and interfaces.\n- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including MM, PP, QM, and FI for integration scenarios.\n- Participate in full lifecycle implementation or rollout projects.\n- Work closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements, identify gaps, and propose solutions.\n- Develop functional specifications for RICEFW objects.\n- Conduct user training and prepare documentation.\n- Support data migration and cutover planning.\n- Participate in system upgrades and regression testing. Required Skills and Experience\n- Minimum 4+ years of hands-on experience in SAP PM.\n- In-depth knowledge of maintenance planning and work order management.\n- Experience with SAP ECC or S/4HANA.\n- Good understanding of integration with MM, PP, QM, FI/CO, and EHS.
